We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or submit a request for an SEO audit. This includes your name, email address, phone number (optional), website URL, and any details you include in your message.

We do not collect payment information directly — any transactions are handled through third-party processors.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you requested, and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide a phone number through any contact form or our chat assistant, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Digital Outbreak related to your inquiry — for example, an initial reply confirming we received your message and follow-ups about your project. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we never sell phone numbers.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers: Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation text and we will not send you further SMS messages. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email hi@digitaloutbreak.com.

SMS messages are delivered through a third-party messaging provider (Twilio). Their handling of message data is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not use the phone numbers you provide for marketing or promotional broadcasts — only direct communication about your inquiry or active engagement with us.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymized, aggregate data (page views, referrers, general location by country) and does not track individual users or store personal identifiers. No cookies are set by Vercel Analytics.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Vercel's analytics are cookieless. If we integrate any tools in the future that use cookies, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in our email and project management tools for as long as the client relationship is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hi@digitaloutbreak.com.

Third-party services

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed through Resend (transactional email) and, for SMS, Twilio. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they handle on our behalf.
